Rates & Policies (Please read entire page) (Minimum age 21 to rent the cabin as primary) April 15th - Oct 15th (Mon - Thur) Rate: $159 (up to 4 people) (Fri - Sun) & Holidays $179 (2 Night min ) Oct 16th to April 14th Everyday Rate: $159 nightly (2 night min) (All rates based on 4 people) $20 per person after 4th person per night Check in time 3 PM / Check out time: 11 AM Maximum occupancy - 6 people upstairs (Ask about additional capacity if needed) No Smoking inside the Cabin No Pets No under-age drinking or drug use If you damage or steal it, you buy it Any violation is subject to additional $250 penalty and immediate removal w/ no refund Reservation Deposit and Payment Posting:

No deposit is required at this time, however full payment is applied within 7 days prior to entry into cabin. Payment confirmation and electronic door entry codes are issued via email at time of payment posting.

Credit card info is used for payment or security in case of damages. Cancellations / Refund: No refund if cancellation is within 10 days of rental. Note: If your cancellation does occur we will make every effort to re-rent the cabin for your period. If we rent the cabin for that period we will apply your payment to a future stay. Payment Type: We accept VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Personal Check (if received 10 days in advance).
